BEING LAZY..
Most of us complain about being overweight or not losing any weight but what you are failing to realize is you don't want to do what it takes to get it done. Why???? You are just plain LAZY!!!!! You don't want to get off your large round bottoms and exercise!!! They have things for people like you I think it's called an Ab Belt but it really doesn't make you feel any better because that just goes to show how lazy you really are! Sitting there while some belt does all the work for you. Imagine how you will look with a small stomach and a large upper and lower body....so this is what you do get off your booty and do some real exercise for about 20-30 mins 3-5 times a week and don't just do some little weak exercises like crunches or leg lifts do something thats going to to push you past your limit-FEEL THE BURN!- If you know you lift weights effortlessly at 10 lbs then step it up to 15 lbs push yourself! The best time to exercise is inthe morning it really helps to get your day going so instead of sleeping in try going for an early morning walk or jog. If the weather is bad don't let that be an excuse not to follow your normal routine do something around the house. If you have steps do a few up and down reps, a couple of push-ups or weight lifts is definitely a way to get the blood flowing. So the next time you're just sitting on the couch or laying in bed staring at the tellly GET UP AND EXERCISE you can still watch t.v. LOL! Until next time my little Ingenious Mindz..

The Acai Berry
So I'm pretty sure everybody has heard of the Acai Berry Diet craze by now. If not where have you been all this time? The Acai Berry is known for its antioxidants it has been shown to have the highest level of any practical food supplement. It makes you feel healthier and you have more energy which is something I'm sure all you dieter's could use. It is also high in fiber which definitely helps in weight loss and also regularity. There aren't too many side effects associated with this super supplement except some cases of loss of appetite(which can't really be considered a side effect when you are on a diet!) Some people may possibly be allergic to the acai berry because it is still a food product. There are plenty sites giving free trials for the product like all other diet supplements so check out a few and see if it's right for you pair it with some exercise and you will be on your way to having that svelte figure you so desire. Losing Your Stomach Only
So a lot of you probably have been wondering what you can do to just lose your stomach and nothing else because like most women you would like to keep your curves. There is a method that can help just by cleansing your tummy. Doing a stomach cleanse can rid your body of unwanted toxins and melt inches from your mid-section. This is a cleanse that can be done for a minnimum of 3 days but no more than 10 you will lose about 1-2 pounds a day. The only women this is not safe for are the expecting mommies or the ones breastfeeding :-) This is known as the Lemonade Diet........
In a clean one gallon jug combine the following ingredients:
- 3 Quarts of water
-1 Cup of lemon juice
-1 Cup of PURE Maple syrup(the real kind not the flavored) honey or molasses
-1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-Shake well
Drink all day for the first 3 days (8-12 glasses) eat lightly soups, salads, baked or broiled fish and chicken, lots of veggies and NO SWEETS!!!!! Or you can substitute dinner with a glass. Make sure you drink lots of water so as not to dehydrate your body and for the flab use "Palmer's Skin Firming Lotion" you will not see immediate results but if you exercise as well it will help with the toning. It also works on thighs.

Cheating On Your Diet Already???
So here it is 2009 and you have made the same resolution that you and everyone else in the world has, "I'm going on a DIET!"
